Sílice is part of ADORNO: “The material language: connecting through forms, colors & textures”

Our newest collection, the Sílice vases, is the result of experimenting with non-preconceived forms. We created a parametric design in an analog fashion and experienced the performance under the premise mold + free-blown glass. “By way of an extensive exploration, we have discovered that the possibilities for creating shapes that are both structured yet non-preconceived can be infinite.” Caterina Moretti.

We are excited to have Sílice as part of AdornoThe Material Language: Connecting through Forms, Colours, and Textures" an art exhibit, where curators Ana Elena Mallet & Pilar Obeso present a selection of pieces that characterize the sense of rediscovery and reinvention at the center of the Mexican contemporary collectible design scene.
